Order Tracking

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the current status of your order. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

How shipping and tracking work

• Processing: we prepare your order within 1–3 business days.
• Shipped: we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
• Delivery: US orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days from the day you order.

Tracking can take 2–3 days to show the first movement after your order ships. That is normal: the package is scanned in stages as it moves between carriers.

Need help with a delivery?

If tracking hasn’t updated in several days, or your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, email [email protected] with your order number. We reply within 1 business day.
