These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of beslim4ever.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Olverin Ventures (“BeSlim4ever”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell at-home beauty devices for cosmetic use. We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colors, packaging and minor design details may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Safe use

You are responsible for reading and following the instructions and warnings supplied with each device. Do not use EMS or microcurrent devices if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have epilepsy. Do not use any device on broken or irritated skin. If you have a medical or skin condition, consult a doctor before use. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and Klarna. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. We may correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed, and will offer you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery within the US usually takes 7–14 business days from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

7. Returns, refunds and defective items

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Discounts and promotions

Promotional codes and offers are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited to one use per customer or to first orders, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and does not break any law or infringe anyone’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Site and our business.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or our products or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep any mandatory protections given to you by the law of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
